Draft — pending legal review; not yet binding
These are plain-language drafts shared for transparency while the platform is being built. They are not yet binding and are not legal advice; qualified counsel will review and finalize them before public launch.
1.Our standard
We want every design to be right. If a delivered design does not meet your agreed case specifications, we will revise it. Because we deliver design files and not finished restorations, this policy covers the design work — not milling or printing results produced on your own equipment.
2.Revisions return to your original designer
By default, a revision goes back to the senior designer who built your case, for continuity. It is reviewed through quality control again before the files are re-delivered.
3.Designer-error revisions carry no extra charge
If a revision is needed because the design did not match your approved prescription, there is no extra charge to you — reasonable revisions to meet your original brief are included.
4.New or changed requirements may use credits
If you change the original prescription or add new requirements, that work may consume CAD Credits at the standard or revision rate. Anything chargeable is quoted before we proceed.
5.Refunds
CAD Credits are prepaid. If we cannot produce a design that meets your agreed specifications, the credits for that case are refunded after an admin review. The free first case carries no charge and so is not refundable.
6.How to request
Start a revision or refund request from the case in the platform. Every request is reviewed by our team, and we aim to resolve it fairly.
