The terms that govern your use of the CADCAMly platform and services.

  1. 1.Agreement to these terms

    These terms govern your access to and use of the CADCAMly platform and design services. By using the platform, you agree to them.

  2. 2.What CADCAMly provides

    CADCAMly is a digital dental design service and software platform. We deliver production-ready design files, such as Exocad and 3Shape STL files. We are not a dental laboratory: we do not mill, print, ship, or sell restorations or hardware.

  3. 3.Your responsibilities

    You are responsible for the accuracy of the scans, prescriptions, and case details you submit, for having the right to submit them, and for the manufacturing you carry out on your own equipment.

  4. 4.Professional responsibility

    CADCAMly provides design support, not clinical or diagnostic advice. The treating professional remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, fit verification, and the final restoration.

  5. 5.CAD Credits and payment

    Services are priced in CAD Credits (1 credit = $1 USD). You can buy credit packs or pay per case. Specific costs and any rush options are shown at the point of use and are configurable.

  6. 6.Revisions and refunds

    Revisions and refunds are handled under our Refund & Revision Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  7. 7.Intellectual property

    You retain rights to your case data and to the design files produced for your restorations. The platform, its software, and its content remain the property of CADCAMly.

  8. 8.Acceptable use

    You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or submit unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.

  9. 9.Disclaimers and liability

    The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, CADCAMly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  10. 10.Changes and governing law

    We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The governing law and venue will be specified before public launch, and material changes will be posted on this page.
